Signing up is easy… Simply select an option below and pay via PayPal.com. We will also except cash or check the day of your first class.
Please remember that we require you to:
1) bring 2 sets of dumbbells (between 5 and 10 lbs) and an exercise mat.
2) fill out the physical activity readiness questionnaire, waiver and release agreement and commitment days (please check days you will attend).
3) start eating 5-7 meals per day (caloric intake discussed during nutrition seminar).
4) start drinking 3-4 liters of water per day.
5) please be on time and HAVE FUN!
If you are interested in the class, but you will be gone for a week (during the month), we can pro rate your class! Just contact us, before you make payment, via email or phone and we will take care of the rest!
Next session starts on September 7th and runs through October 1st. Registration: Please come 30 minutes prior to your first class to sign-in and get measured. Thank you!
