Jamie Schumacher

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree, in Exercise Science, from Wayne State College in 1997. For the past 12 years I have been a personal trainer, certified through the American Council on Exercise and the Titleist Performance Institute.  I currently operate my business at Kiva Conditioning Club in Bothell, WA and Bear Creek Country Club in Woodinville, WA.

My focus, during training, is to help clients maximize calorie burn through functional training and advanced training methodology. Bone-A-Fide Boot Camp originated and evolved through my expertise in motivation and large group personal training.

In my spare time, I like to go camping, hiking as well as mountain and rock climbing. I also enjoy lifting weights, playing basketball, racquetball, flag football and golfing.

Nina Schumacher

I have been a Licensed Massage Practitioner for 7 years. I have a successful practice inside of Bear Creek Country Club, in Woodinville, Washington. I specialize in deep tissue, neuro-muscular techniques, stretching, pre and post natal as well as relaxation massage. My passion is to educate people from all different walks of life on how to connect their mind and body for overall health and wellbeing. My goal is that every client would walk away with a better understanding of how their body functions and therefore the knowledge of how to remedy pain, and maintain overall muscle, circulatory and mental health.

I am most at peace when I am outdoors (especially with family). Some of my favorite activities are hiking, backpacking, climbing and camping although, any activity outside will satisfy me - even a leisurely stroll with my husband and dog.

I am a former national level figure competitor. I am a firm believer in regular weight lifting and cardiovascular activity to achieve maximum health, athletic and aesthetic results.
