New outdoor classes are tentatively set to start Monday, April 5th, 2010!
What is Bone-A-Fide Boot Camp? It is a four week, indoor/outdoor, fitness program, taught by a Certified Personal Trainer! This class is designed to achieve goals associated with weight/fat loss, strength and endurance gains, improved cardiovascular fitness and increased coordination/flexibility. This is achieved through the use of body weight, free weights, resistance tubes, jump ropes, obstacle courses, outdoors activity (weather permitting), etc.
Is Bone-A-Fide Boot Camp right for me? All fitness levels are welcome! You are free to work at your own fitness level while we encourage you to push yourself. The class is as easy or as hard as you make it!
Where is the location we will meet? Our classes will generally be held at the pre-determined location designated prior to the first session. However, location may change depending on weather, need for variation, or just for the fun of it! Therefore, we ask that you check our CALENDAR (below) for location updates.
What You Can Expect From Us:
We will:
1) take your starting and ending weight and measurements to track your progress.
2) have a nutrition and supplements seminar.
3) supply the location*, jump ropes, resistance tubes and ENERGETIC music for the class.
4) keep you accountable and motivated!
5) MAKE IT FUN!
We Require That You:
1) bring 2 sets of dumbbells (between 5 and 10 lbs), a stretching mat and water.
2) fill out the physical activity readiness questionnaire, waiver and release agreement and commitment days (please check days you will attend),
3) please be on time and HAVE FUN!
